The Backup system will securely transfer your files to our continuum.ca backup server on your schedule.
The Restore system will securely transfer your files to your computer, whenever you require.
You have complete control over all of this, with technical help if required.

Very little technical help is required for regular backups because the system is largely automated. Initial installation, configuration, and backup file selection can be technical. We provide on-site technical assistance for installation and configuration of the backup software. If your automatic backup report email indicates any problem then technical help is available for that too.

How to Start

Use our Contact form (below) and tell us about your requirements. The type of data (email, general files, accounting, etc.) and approximately how old is the oldest file you might need to restore. Our systems analyst can help with all this.

This depends on your rate of changes in data and storage requirements. Generally, $30/month and up. Contact us for a quote.

Backup files located in the same building as your computers face all the same hazards. Natural disaster, water damage, fire, theft etc. If your backup data is off-site, in another location, then risk is reduced.
Other off-site backup methods require the transport of physical backup media (disks, tapes, etc.), which entails a risk of loss or damage.
